Our team advised BUKO Traffic & Safety, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, on the acquisition of BVT Bremer Verkehrstechnik GmbH. Closing of the transaction took place in October 2024.

BUKO has played an active role in shaping the industry in recent years and has constantly provided new impulses in traffic safety. By establishing a presence in Germany, the acquisition of BVT represents the next milestone in BUKO’s international growth strategy.

BVT is a Bremen-based OTTM provider mainly carrying out projects within a 130-kilometer radius of its three branches in the greater Bremen area. Besides its focus on traffic safety solutions, BVT offers traffic signaling solutions as well as temporary and permanent road markings.

Our team supported BUKO and Equistone as M&A Lead Advisor throughout the entire buy-side process, from defining a market entry strategy over deal origination to the successful acquisition.
